High School & Early College (Ages 15 - 19)

Advanced Technical Training and Specialization

At this stage, students can delve into more specialized areas of AI and technology. This includes advanced coding languages, machine learning algorithms, data science, and complex robotics. Offering elective courses or workshops in these areas allows students to explore specific interests, preparing them for college majors or early career paths in tech.

Career Preparation and Mentorship

During this phase, we provide guidance on navigating the tech industry. The nonprofit can organize career fairs, internships, and networking events with professionals in the field. Mentorship programs pairing students with tech professionals can offer valuable insights into the industry, career advice, and encouragement. This connection to real-world professionals helps demystify the path to successful careers in technology.

Fostering Entrepreneurial Mindset

Introducing concepts of technology entrepreneurship can inspire students to create their ventures. Workshops on tech startups, patenting ideas, financial literacy and business fundamentals in the tech world can be very enlightening.  In this final season, we empower students to not just seek jobs in tech but also to consider innovating and leading in the sector.
